Industrial and Civil Engineer, and Magister in Operations Management from the University of Chile. Certified in IPSAS by CIPFA. He is in charge of the Implementation of IPSAS-CGR in Public Services and, since 2011, has been head of the project for convergence and adoption of these standards, on which the Resolution No. 16 of 2015, of the Comptroller General, was developed, and with which Chile define the indirect adoption of IPSAS. 
He was also in charge of the working group that prepared the Guide for the Institutional Implementation of IPSAS-CGR, which addresses the tasks in the areas of Accounting Information, Knowledge Management, Process and Systems Management and Change Management which must be performed by the Public Services, in order to complete the total implementation of the aforementioned regulations.
