She served as a financial consultant, with experience in IDB and World Bank projects. She is a specialist in budget, accounting and treasury systems, and an expert in design and implementation of integrated financial management systems. She participated as leader for the World Bank in the construction of Ecuadorian public finance regulations and implementation of the country´s first Integrated Financial Management System; For the Ministry of Finance in the implementation of the Organic Code of Planning and Public Finance and in the preparation of various processes for the financial execution of public resources. She has delivered presentations at the UNCTAD - ISAR sessions (sessions 30 and 31) in Geneva, highlighting the progress of the country 's financial and non - financial information, following the evaluation through the application of the ADT tool.
